Our company recognizes that protection by the proper management of the personal information will not only protect individual privacy, but also will protect the profit of our company and its stockholders, which will lead to raising company value. With a view to this concept, the following privacy policies (Personal Data Protection Policy) are defined.

1. A definition of personal information

The personal information in our company is composed of the followings.
【Information on a window person of the customer】
This is the personal information of an officer or an employee of a company which has a business relationship with our company, and the most of the information has been collected by the name cards received. Exceptionally however, additional information such as the individual address, family composition and about personal preferences may be obtained through business talks.
【Information on individual stockholders】
This is the information on the individual stockholders indicated by the list of shareholders submitted from securities agencies.
【Information on job applicants】
This is the personal information of the person who subscribed for a job of our company and those are collected through the submitted resume or requested in our recruiting activities.
【Information on the officers and the employees of our company】
This is the personal information about the officer, the employee, the temporary employee, the detached employee, the contracted employee and part-timer of our company, and those are collected through the submitted resume or requested in their business activities.

2. Specification of the purpose of use

We use the personal information for the following purposes, and we do not use it for other purposes. Exceptionally when the necessity arises, we specify the purpose of use as much as possible, and give notice or announce officially.
【Information on a window person of the customer】
We use this information for a contact required for daily operating activities, and we may also use it for seasonal greetings, introduction of products and event guidance, etc.
【Information on individual stockholders】
We use this information in order to refer for a legal disclosure or to send legal documents. Moreover, when generous treatment for stockholders will be carried out, we use individual stockholder information for a contact or sending of goods.
【Information on job applicants】
We use this information in order to judge the propriety of adoption.
【Information on the officers and the employees of our company】
We use this information of our company for purposes on a personnel management.

3. The indication and provision to a third party

Except for the following cases, we do not disclose or provide personal information to a third party without consent.
When there is said person's consent
When a duty of an indication is imposed by a law. When it is asked for an indication from a public organization
When the provision of personal information is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and when it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
When the provision of personal information is necessary for cooperating with a state institution, a local public body, or an individual or entity entrusted by one in executing the operations prescribed by laws and in which obtaining the consent of the person might impede the execution of the operations concerned
Exceptionally however, the following cases don't correspond to the indication and provision to a third party.
When we judge that it is suitable to answer to the inquiry from the affiliated company and other customers of our company
When we request the contractor who undertakes confidentiality of information in order to send documents and goods
When performing a joint enterprise with an affiliated company, or when enterprise succession is performed by merger, partition of corporation, and transfer of business, etc.

4. The indication, correction, deletion, etc. to said person

We accept the request for disclosure, correction and deletion, etc. of personal information, after confirming whether it is a request by said person and the request is appropriate. However, we may reject the request in the following case, even if it is a request from said person.
When said request causes the harm to the life, body, property of said person or a third party
When said request causes the serious dispute or disorder for the business of our company (Breach of keeping secret, etc.)
When said request is contrary to public benefit, etc.
5. The measure for protection of personal information
For protection of personal information, our company has taken the following measures.
Necessary and proper measures for prevention of loss or damage of personal information and for other safety management.
Personal information protection committee is organized, headed by the president and managed by the executive officer for administration.
Implementation of the education to executive members and employees about the importance and deployment rule of the protection of personal information.
Internal audit to periodical check the handling of the personal information.
